Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are not able to offer a return. Most of the products that we sell have a limited shelf life and/or are susceptible to damage from less than desirable storage conditions.  We take every step to ensure that the product that we sell is both fresh and in utmost condition in order to deliver the expected results from the product. 

However, if in the opinion of the manufacturer, the product is defective, we will gladly replace the product. This decision is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer following their investigation into any reported issues.
