Our History

Gyptek has been in business for over 6 years now. During that time we have helped many a novice mold makers get into the business. We plan on continuing that tradition in the future.

Our People

Rick and Sandra Hand are the owners of Gyptek.

In "Plastics" since the mid-seventies, Rick has been involved in insulating foams, plastic fabrication and signage, distribution of stock plastic shapes and industrial urethane cast molding.  This familiarity with many plastic processes and materials can be useful in assisting you to choose what would work best for your project.

Sandra's administrative flare keeps the office on an even keel and helps with relaying information effectively.

Our Products

Gyptek has aligned itself with the best manufacturers in each product class. We believe in aligning with the best, we can offer you the best products at the best price.

Gyptek started with the USG gypsum product line, and then added Smooth-On products soon afterwards. We have also included Hanson Mixers  and KleanKlay as part of our offering. We continue to look for other complimentary products. Let us know if we should consider any others.
