Plunge Mixers 

The Plunge Mixers are heavy-duty, top of the line mixers designed to mix dry mix materials, paints, glues, epoxies, 2 component mixes, urethanes, glazes, fiberglass, resins, rubber moulding and plastic compounds, plasters, mortar,  cements, foundry core mixes, moulding sands and asphalt sealers. Constructed of Zinc-Aluminum alloy, with heavier zinc content for durability and longer life. The head is cast, tumbled smooth with no burr finish for easy clean up. Mixes ½ pint up to 55 gallon quantities.

Plunge Mud Mixer 

This heavy-duty mixer is known as “The Mudders Dream” is constructed of Aluminum alloy with a hex steel shaft. It has a detachable blade design for easy clean up! The blade cutting design and angles move material quickly and allow the mixer to reach into the corners of mixing containers easily for less product waste. The Mud mixer was designed to mix paints, drywall mud, heavy paste and acoustic pre-mix, quickly and lump free.

“SWING-T” Tornado Mixer

Now you can mix materials in 5 Gallon containers through the pour spout on the lid of the container!

Many materials come in a sealed metal or plastic 5 gallon can which can be time consuming to open, by entering the pouring spout you can with the “SwingT” you can mix with action that you couldn’t without removing the top. The “Swing-T” opens to a maximum 5” mixing diameter when centrifugal force is applied. This mixer follows the tradition of other Hanson Plunge mixer line, having teeth on the bottom for added mixing action and the ability to loosen material from the bottom of mixes without harming the container.

The One Gallon Paint Guard

We have designed a disposable plastic pouring spout that snaps on the top of a one gallon can. It's tall enough to aid in mixing so splatter is not a problem. When pouring it helps control flow of material plus it keeps the top of the can clean for easy resealing. Available in 25 per pack or bulk packs.
